Swim in the River Frome from Wareham. This beautiful spot next to the Wareham Bridge has easy access to the river as it flows past between the old docks and a small park. There is a lovely picnic area and the quay opposite has parking, shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also a great place to launch if you want to paddle and there are hire option across in Abbots Quay. As always, check the current and water level before you enter.
