Good question. There's a lot of trust involved - we are certainly not asking for downloads from your Fitbit or Garmin watch! Great question! There are hundreds of thousands of families across the UK who are missing out on the benefits of being active outdoors. We are working closely with all our outdoor partners to provide free sessions through local charities in support of the Big 5 - and they are incentivised by your involvement and enthusiasm. This includes bike hire and guiding, paddle sessions, and indoor and outdoor climbing. We'll keep you posted on Facebook with our progress.
