Cycle from the picturesque village of Keyhaven set in a nature reserve that incorporates mudflats, salt marshes, shingle banks, coastal grazing marshes, and saline lagoons. From here you can explore the reserve or head West to the coastal path and through Milford on Sea and up onto the cliffs of Barton on Sea and beyond. Heading East takes you through the reserve onto the bustling waterfront of Lymington Quay. You can hire bikes on site and join in guided rides.
